‘LOVE FOOD, HATE WASTE’ CAMPAIGN

Trumpet was appointed by Sainsbury’s to create a suite of design materials for its ‘Love Food, Hate Waste’
campaign, which is about encouraging people to rethink how they shop, plan meals and use up leftovers.

As part of the campaign Swanlincote in Derbyshire has become a case study town and Trumpet’s job was
to create a whole series of assets to encourage people to take part. This included posters, leaflets, mailers
window vinyls and a ‘Love Food Hate Waste’ calendar, which was launched at an event with British Bake
Off finalist Andrew Smyth.
